Sloth Mood and COVID-19

The team at Sloth Mood wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who’s
been showing support to our business in this challenging time.

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal
with the changes, and we’re hoping it’ll be over soon.

We’re staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are
the estimates we are currently looking at:

US

  • Apparel: 4-9 business days
  • Embroidery: 3-8 business days
  • Phone cases: 2-5 business days

EU

  • Apparel: 2-7 business days
  • Embroidery: 2-7 business days
  • Phone cases: 2-5 business days

Yes. As of June 15, here are the approximate delays you can expect in addition to the estimated delivery times.

  • US to US → 5 additional bus. days
  • US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
  • US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days
  • US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
  • EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
  • EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
  • EU (Riga) to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
  • EU (Barcelona) to Spain → no delays
  • EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days

We don’t ship to the following countries: American Samoa, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chad, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Dem. Rep. Of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Rep. Of Congo, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

We have started shipping to the Bahamas, Botswana, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Jamaica, Malawi, and South Africa.

We suspect this is temporary and our carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions.

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

Orders

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@slothmood.com.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@slothmood.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Payment

You can purchase on our website via paypal.

You can also pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR. 

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Shipping

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@slothmood.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@slothmood.com!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@slothmood.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@slothmood.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
